For that reason, and for your peace of mind when ordering, here's our simple returns policy:
Subject to the conditions described here, if you change your mind about a purchase we are happy to provide exchange, credit or a refund subject to the following conditions:
We can only accept unopened (this means with the plastic wrapping intact) and undamaged returns. We can't provide a refund for products damaged in transit back to us, and suggest using a sturdy box and purchasing insurance.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If including the returned product in your order resulted in free or discounted delivery being obtained, we reserve the right to deduct delivery costs which would otherwise have applied from credit provided for change-of-mind returns.
We reserve the right to deduct a $10 administration / restocking fee from refunds or cancellations, excluding pre-orders.
Shipping and handling costs are unfortunately not refundable.

In the very unusual case of a defective product, please contact us on 1300 726 721 in the first instance. We warrant the puzzles and accessories we sell to be defect free in normal home usage for 12 months from the date of purchase.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
