All orders are sent by Australia Post with online tracking. A signature on delivery is NOT currently required. The delivery location will be recorded photographically instead. Please allow 1 - 2 working days for your order to be processed and leave our warehouse. Faster Express Post shipping can be selected at our standard checkout (the purple checkout button). All products listed on our site are in stock, in our own warehouse. Extra ServicesGift Vouchers are delivered instantly by email, and let the recipient choose the jigsaw puzzles they like best!Gift Wrapping Our gift wrap service is temporarily unavailable. We hope to be resume this service again soon! Orders addressed to someone else will still include a note to let them know who placed the order. Tracking Your Order Status The status of your order may be viewed using our order status tool. If you have chosen the Receipted Delivery or Express Post shipping methods, we will provide online tracking details once your order has shippped. Delivery Within Australia Our online checkout offers three methods of delivery within Australia: Parcel Post, Receipted Delivery and Express post. Pickup We are focussed on most efficent fulfillment of online orders - unfortunately this means we do not operate shopfront facilities or carry insurance for public access to our warehouse to pick up orders. Express and guaranteed delivery services are available at the online checkout. International Delivery Please use our standard (not PayPal Express) checkout for international delivery options. |
