Our mission is to deliver Australian puzzle addicts quality puzzles with superior service. We seek to stock puzzles that that are an enjoyable challenge, both in terms of the picture and also the physical construction of the puzzle. Jigsaws Delivered is a family-operated business, based in Melbourne, Australia.
Our History
Our first online toy and hobby store was founded in 2002 by John Marlow whilst studying a Business Management degree.
In 2009 the jigsaw department became known as Jigsaws Delivered, allowing an improved experience for customers via an online store dedicated exclusively to jigsaw puzzles.
In 2015 Jigsaws Delivered relocated to a larger warehouse to hold our ever-increasing range of puzzles. Our business continues to be family owned and operated, and we are very proud to have served many of our customers for over a decade.

Our puzzles come from the best manufacturers worldwide, based in many countries in Europe, America, New Zealand and yes even Australia. We stand behind all our products and guarantee your puzzle will be complete and free of defects. We also offer a very generous returns policy which can be helpful when buying a gift. Speedy delivery is a priority and almost every order is shipped within one working day. As a result of these efforts we have had many customers drop us a line to thank us for the quality of our products and service, which is very gratifying - thank you!!
